Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leszek Franzik got the match started through his kick off. Santoppen's Wawrzyniec Skonieczny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leszek Franzik in the 3rd minute of play. 0-1 became the score in the 6th minute when Mieszko Rakoski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mieszko Rakoski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Zenon Brzakala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zenon Brzakala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olgierd Bakes, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Tamów's Stanislaw Loncki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wawrzyniec Skonieczny made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Tamów getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Wieslaw Resel hit a great ball. Mieszko Rakoski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Zenon Brzakala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mieszko Rakoski in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zenon Brzakala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stanislaw Loncki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wawrzyniec Skonieczny having to interfere. Zenon Brzakala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Bakes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Tamów's Kajetan Czerwinski got a free kick in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Santoppen's Leonard Chodzinski broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Leszek Franzik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wawrzyniec Skonieczny having to interfere. In the 43rd minute Olgierd Bakes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Brzakala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leszek Franzik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wawrzyniec Skonieczny having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mieszko Rakoski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee gave Tamów a penalty, 54 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Zdzislaw Konieczny, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Santoppen's Wawrzyniec Skonieczny. 2-1. 57 minutes into the match, Santoppen's goal looked a bit too open when Leszek Franzik came free, but Wawrzyniec Skonieczny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Tamów getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Kajetan Czerwinski hit a great ball. After 87 minutes, Stanislaw Loncki made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Santoppen's Wawrzyniec Skonieczny tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Olgierd Bakes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute Mieszko Rakoski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Brzakala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tamów fans cheered their team off the field, for while Santoppen had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
