Walery Gozdowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikolaj Buda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wasyl Mierzejewski to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Grabovia Grabów got a freekick which was hit by Konstanty Lagiewniki. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walery Gozdowski in the 57th minute of play forced Grabovia Grabów's goalkeeper Mikolaj Buda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Grabovia Grabów's goal looked a bit too open when Marcin Deput came free, but Mikolaj Buda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ReVeNgE Lidzbark's goalkeeper Zbigniew Burdzel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zbigniew Burdzel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wasyl Mierzejewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Beniamin Pietrasz's late challenge caught a Grabovia Grabów's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beniamin Pietrasz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Grabovia Grabów booed when ReVeNgE Lidzbark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Napoleon Mockiewicz hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Wasyl Mierzejewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Marian Glaza fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ReVeNgE Lidzbark's protests and gave Marian Glaza a yellow card for diving instead. Marian Glaza kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Zula Zacharzewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grabovia Grabów's supporters rose to their feet, but Zula Zacharzewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zbigniew Burdzel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
