The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, Fryderyk Klimkiewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Napoleon Kilar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Skowieszyn's Waldemar Dudzik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maksymilian Grocholski in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Zbigniew Roman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Skowieszyn booed when Chmiele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszko Drebit didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Skowieszyn's Radomil Dudek in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chmiele's goalie prevented a goal. The Chmiele players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Skowieszyn were winning 0-1.

The Chmiele fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Chmiele's Maksymilian Grocholski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zbyszko Drebit hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Lukasz Trzaskoma kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Napoleon Kilar. That made the score 1-2 in the 62 minute of play. Radomil Dudek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Skowieszyn's goalkeeper Waldemar Dudzik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cyryl Zecman kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. The Skowieszyn players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
