Rafal Ziomkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Mitus in the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Raczkowa's Sylwester Sienkiewicz got a free kick in the 18th minute. Raczkowa's Sylwester Sienkiewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Sienkiewicz in the 29th minute of play forced Matyldów SA's goalkeeper Rafal Ziomkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sylwester Wielgopolski kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Witomir Bykowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Werra in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugeniusz Mitus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Matyldów SA's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Mitus came free, but Rafal Ziomkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 minutes, Stefan Klejnowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matyldów SA and the Raczkowa players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Raczkowa's Witomir Bykowski got control of the ball when Michal Pozorski tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugeniusz Mitus in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafal Ziomkowski saved Matyldów SA from getting behind. If Aleksander Noworolnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aleksander Noworolnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafal Ziomkowski having to interfere. In the 78th minute Eugeniusz Mitus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafal Ziomkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Iwo Werra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Witomir Bykowski was relentless in the 79th minute of the game.
