The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5thth minute of the game Wladyslaw Bryk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kersten SSA's Wiktor Haszczak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zbyszko Mazierski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Wiktor Haszczak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Kersten SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Wladyslaw Bryk came free, but Wiktor Haszczak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boruc Karp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedykt Kasiewski having to interfere. Teofil Mosiniak hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Kersten SSA's Boruc Karp got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wladyslaw Bryk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Haszczak having to interfere. If Herbert Gierlach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Mateusz Paciuszko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute, Herbert Gierlach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benedykt Kasiewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boruc Karp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boruc Karp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wladyslaw Bryk to make the kick off. Benedykt Kasiewski was a little too slow when Herbert Gierlach got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-2. Zula Sitko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Wladyslaw Bryk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Wladyslaw Bryk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olimpów SSA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. If Wladyslaw Bryk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wladyslaw Bryk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Haszczak having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Herbert Gierlach fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Herbert Gierlach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tytus Wojtowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedykt Kasiewski having to interfere. With a little luck, Olimpów SSA's Benedykt Kasiewski got control of the ball when Boruc Karp tried to sneak it across the goal line.
