He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Romaniuki reached it. Witold Misiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Wincent Walczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wladyslaw Kajfasz hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Alfred Olejniczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslaw Gamza in the 23rd minute of play. Maciej Lukasik might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfred Olejniczak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maciej Lukasik ran back to his position shaking his head. Miroslaw Gamza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Witomir Bartocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Walczyk having to interfere. Wladyslaw Andrzejewski hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Witold Misiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romaniuki's supporters rose to their feet, but Witold Misiewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wincent Walczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 37 minutes, Maciej Lukasik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Klenkor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maciej Lukasik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maciej Lukasik's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Alfred Olejniczak skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Maciej Lukasik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Olejniczak having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miroslaw Gamza to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Miroslaw Gamza put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Alfred Olejniczak. If Witold Misiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Romaniuki had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
