Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Grzegorz Czarnecki started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Watarz in the 3rd minute of play forced Jesseritz's goalkeeper Piotr Lodowy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 4 played minutes Jesseritz got a freekick which was hit by Konstanty Banan. Pawel Witkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Watarz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. When Grzegorz Czarnecki came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Jesseritz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grzegorz Czarnecki couldn't finish the play. If Gilbert Tomiczek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Jesseritz's Grzegorz Czarnecki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Norbert Skarpiak. Norbert Skarpiak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Grzegorz Czarnecki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Skarpiak having to interfere. Edward Dziurowicz hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Gilbert Tomiczek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th match minute, Ogonów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Cebula to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pawel Witkowski to make the kick off. Ogonów were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Jesseritz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Borys Pozorski took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Stefan Pisarczyk heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jesseritz's goalkeeper Piotr Lodowy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 60 minutes, Cyprian Snaza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jesseritz and the Ogonów players grew even worse after the yellow card. Daniel Watarz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piotr Lodowy having to interfere. Piotr Lodowy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Witkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Piotr Lodowy made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Daniel Watarz sent off a good shot on target. Ogonów were furious when Napoleon Liermann was red carded, 83 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ogonów fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! Norbert Skarpiak had in the 85thth minute some difficulties stopping Grzegorz Lanczak's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Grzegorz Czarnecki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Norbert Skarpiak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Milosz Indyk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Norbert Skarpiak. Ogonów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Milosz Indyk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Ogonów's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
