An unexpectedly hard shot by Miromir Ciszewski in the 26th minute of play forced Zapust's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Motowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miromir Munko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ignacy Zukowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Miromir Munko took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustaw Nuszkowski. Gustaw Nuszkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 44 minutes into the game, Ignacy Zukowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Gustaw Nuszkowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miromir Munko in the 49th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaw Nuszkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Zabagnie players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zapust were winning 1-3.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miromir Munko was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Zabagnie's Gustaw Nuszkowski got control of the ball when Ignacy Zukowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Zapust fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Zapust's Ignacy Zukowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Waclaw Kowalski hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. If Lucjan Debowy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jaroslaw Motowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Debowy in the 86th minute of play. Miromir Ciszewski struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Jaroslaw Motowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zabagnie. 89 minutes into the match, Lucjan Debowy notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Zapust's Jaroslaw Motowski. Jaroslaw Motowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zachariasz Madej's late challenge caught a Zapust's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zachariasz Madej helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Zapust booed when Zabagnie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachariasz Madej didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Miromir Munko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Zapust walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
