Hugon Czysty charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Naniec booed when Wojcieszów SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugon Czysty didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute Dariusz Skikiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Frankowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iwo Piesciuk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Boleslaw Tokarczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Wojcieszów SSA's Boleslaw Tokarczyk got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Naniec's Konrad Puszynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Piesciuk in the 98th minute of play.
