After 21 played minutes, Szymaniszki SA's Wincent Walaszkiewicz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zbyszko Olszewski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Szymaniszki SA reached it. When Zbyszek Hetman came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Wasewo SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zbyszek Hetman couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Szymaniszki SA defense, Teofil Siwek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmund Drab. The Szymaniszki SA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmund Drab should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute of the match, Grzegorz Glozor tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zbyszko Olszewski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Grzegorz Glozor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zbyszko Olszewski was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Wlodzimierz Motyl hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Iwo Kolba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wasewo SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Iwo Kolba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmund Drab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zbyszek Hetman to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iwo Kolba got free with Edmund Drab in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the game, Mateusz Siedlecki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edmund Drab. Mateusz Siedlecki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
