The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Tomasz Filipkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wappendorf's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomasz Filipkowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugeniusz Mirowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Stojków SA's Eugeniusz Mirowski got control of the ball when Tomasz Filipkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfred Zahemski might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eugeniusz Mirowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfred Zahemski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 19th minute, Wappendorf's Alfred Zahemski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Stojków SA's Szczepan Milan got a free kick in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Stojków SA getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Lucjan Peczkowski hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Tomasz Filipkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Czeslaw Gacki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Dariusz Podowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfred Zahemski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Mirowski having to interfere. If Hieronim Paciuszko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hieronim Paciuszko in the 41st minute of play forced Wappendorf's goalkeeper Dariusz Podowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Czeslaw Gacki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stojków SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wappendorf the free kick. In the 47th minute, Czeslaw Gacki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfred Zahemski during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Wappendorf getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Alfred Zahemski hit a great ball. Czeslaw Gacki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Dariusz Podowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hieronim Paciuszko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stojków SA's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Mirowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Alfred Zahemski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wappendorf's Dariusz Podowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Wappendorf from getting a goal against them. Tomasz Filipkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Wappendorf had won after a very even match.
