After having played for 3 minutes, Piotr Degutis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mechtal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Piotr Degutis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonard Fedosz kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 1-1 became the score in the 11th minute when Leon Dec elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Sominy's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksander Jenkot came free, but Boleslaw Mockiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sominy's goalkeeper Boleslaw Mockiewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aleksander Jenkot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jurand Hejza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boguslaw Bochynski in the 27th minute of play. Leon Dec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurand Hejza having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Boguslaw Bochynski notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Mechtal's Jurand Hejza. Jurand Hejza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute Teobald Anszczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boleslaw Mockiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Mechtal's zone, Boguslaw Bochynski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jurand Hejza came out of the goal and Boguslaw Bochynski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Boguslaw Bochynski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boleslaw Mockiewicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Piotr Degutis in the 56th minute. Aleksander Jenkot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boleslaw Mockiewicz having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Aleksander Jenkot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boleslaw Mockiewicz was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Leon Dec scored 3-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jurand Hejza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ludomir Nakoneczny hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Milosz Siembab's late challenge caught a Mechtal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Milosz Siembab helped the player get up and apologised. After 83 played minutes Sominy got a freekick which was hit by Milosz Siembab. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksander Jenkot in the 85th minute of play forced Sominy's goalkeeper Boleslaw Mockiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Leon Dec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Piotr Degutis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sominy's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
