After 6 minutes, Konstanty Klawki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Podwerpie and the Altfinken players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Podwerpie's Konstanty Klawki got a free kick in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Frankowski in the 7th minute of play forced Podwerpie's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Wejta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Eugeniusz Frankowski notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Podwerpie's Jaroslaw Wejta. Jaroslaw Wejta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kryspin Galagan during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Altfinken's Kryspin Galagan got a free kick in the 26th minute. Zdzislaw Frenzel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Tadeusz Witwicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Podwerpie booed when Altfinken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kryspin Galagan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Altfinken's Lucjan Jajko got a free kick in the 34th minute. When Ludomir Nowacki fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altfinken's protests and gave Ludomir Nowacki a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Podwerpie booed when Altfinken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludomir Nowacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zdzislaw Frenzel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Tadeusz Witwicki when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eugeniusz Frankowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaroslaw Wejta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eugeniusz Frankowski made a kick off. Altfinken's Tadeusz Witwicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstanty Klawki in the 51st minute of play. If Eugeniusz Frankowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludomir Nowacki succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Kryspin Galagan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jaroslaw Wejta. That made the score 0-3 in the 62 minute of play. Ludomir Nowacki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ludomir Nowacki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Konstanty Klawki kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 0-4 became the score in the 74th minute when Eugeniusz Frankowski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Eugeniusz Frankowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zdzislaw Frenzel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeusz Witwicki having to interfere. Tadeusz Witwicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antoni Dziurowicz in the 89th minute of the match. Jaroslaw Wejta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Frankowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antoni Dziurowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
