In the 8thth minute of the game Gilbert Pilitowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szafranów SSA's Marek Wojtkiewicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eugeniusz Arnista was extremely unlucky when he, in the 10th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Szafranów SSA getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Szczepan Korytkowski hit a great ball. If Eugeniusz Arnista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute of the match, Damazy Walczak got a very nice opportunity to score, but Herbert Pankiewicz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damazy Walczak got free with Herbert Pankiewicz in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th match minute, Szafranów SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szczepan Korytkowski to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Matyty's Gilbert Pilitowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marek Wojtkiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Norbert Zuraw notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Szafranów SSA's Marek Wojtkiewicz. Marek Wojtkiewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugeniusz Arnista was the one to do the kick off. Damazy Walczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugeniusz Arnista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Pankiewicz having to interfere. Herbert Pankiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Walczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Damazy Walczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute, Eugeniusz Arnista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Herbert Pankiewicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, Matyty's Wladyslaw Glozor got a free kick in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Szafranów SSA's Damazy Walczak got a free kick in the 87th minute. Gilbert Pilitowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Konstanty Penkalski kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. If Eugeniusz Arnista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute.
