An unexpectedly hard shot by Leszek Niemoj in the 3rd minute of play forced Mniszewo SA's goalkeeper Albin Rakoski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd minute, Serwacy Harendarski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wit Chrzan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Albin Rakoski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 14 minutes, Witomir Fujarczuk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olecko SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witomir Fujarczuk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jedrek Budrewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Brack having to interfere. If Jedrek Budrewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Mniszewo SA's zone, Witomir Fujarczuk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albin Rakoski came out of the goal and Witomir Fujarczuk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jedrek Budrewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Witomir Fujarczuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Olecko SA's Leszek Niemoj sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albin Rakoski narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Ryszard Brack showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jedrek Budrewicz in the 55th minute of the match. Jedrek Budrewicz struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Ryszard Brack didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mniszewo SA. After having played for 65 minutes, Witomir Fujarczuk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olecko SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witomir Fujarczuk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jedrek Budrewicz took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ryszard Brack. Ryszard Brack dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 87 minutes into the match, Mniszewo SA's goal looked a bit too open when Leszek Niemoj came free, but Albin Rakoski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ryszard Brack came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Mniszewo SA's Jedrek Budrewicz. But to his dismay, Jedrek Budrewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Ryszard Brack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermen Bentkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 99th minute of the match Olecko SA got a corner. Mniszewo SA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bogumil Czerny ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mniszewo SA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Olecko SA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
