In the 11thth minute of the game Bartosz Sobania who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Byczek's Radoslaw Sedzikowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute Jacek Gierlach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslaw Sedzikowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radomil Dobilas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
