The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sylwester Kensicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofil Dziechciowski in the 8th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wasyl Nakonieczny during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sylwester Kensicki was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Teofil Dziechciowski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabian Borkowski came out of the goal and Cezary Dobrzechowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute Cezary Dobrzechowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Borkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cezary Dobrzechowski made a kick off. Maksymilian Makomaski took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabian Borkowski. Fabian Borkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Maksymilian Makomaski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Borkowski having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cezary Dobrzechowski in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Borkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Cezary Dobrzechowski took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Fabian Borkowski to make any attempt to save it. When Teofil Dziechciowski came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Zarudnia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofil Dziechciowski couldn't finish the play. If Cezary Dobrzechowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maksymilian Makomaski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maksymilian Makomaski hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
