Sylwester Kensicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piechy SA. Zachary Zajonc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maksymilian Makomaski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Cezary Dobrzechowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tschicherzig's supporters rose to their feet, but Cezary Dobrzechowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zachary Zajonc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 played minutes Piechy SA got a freekick which was hit by Tymoteusz Urban. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cezary Dobrzechowski in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zachary Zajonc saved Piechy SA from getting behind. Sylwester Kensicki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grzegorz Grondzki in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute Slawomir Pietras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Kensicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wasyl Nakonieczny's late challenge caught a Piechy SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wasyl Nakonieczny helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tschicherzig getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Wasyl Nakonieczny hit a great ball. Tschicherzig's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Grzegorz Grondzki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 90th minute, Cezary Dobrzechowski fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Zachary Zajonc, passed just outside the right post. When Piechy SA's Grzegorz Grondzki in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tschicherzig's goalie prevented a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tschicherzig players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Piechy SA.
