Waclaw Kornaszewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Kaczynski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Jacek Brataniec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Mazierz having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, Koenigswald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincenty Walkowski to maneuver through the defense. When Jacek Brataniec came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Gomunice SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacek Brataniec couldn't finish the play. If Jacek Brataniec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the game, Gomunice SSA's Roman Podowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Norbert Mazierz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Norbert Mazierz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Owsiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Bochinski kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Koenigswald's zone, Roman Podowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norbert Mazierz came out of the goal and Roman Podowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacek Brataniec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antoni Koprowski kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Adam Kaczynski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stanislaw Wrzosek in the 47th minute. The Koenigswald players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gomunice SSA were winning 0-1.
The wind increased when Roman Podowski made the kick off in the second half. Adam Kaczynski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Konopka in the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Dawid Pieprz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Koenigswald's Norbert Mazierz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Koenigswald from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute, Arkadiusz Dziuma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacek Brataniec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the game, Roman Podowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Norbert Mazierz. Roman Podowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gomunice SSA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
