The tension between the Gomunice SSA and the Podrybnicze players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gomunice SSA getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mieszko Fudalej hit a great ball. Podrybnicze's Roland Porajewski got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gomunice SSA's Adam Kaczynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Walczak in the 15th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dawid Pieprz during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Podrybnicze booed when Gomunice SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dawid Pieprz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Walczak in the 35th minute of play forced Gomunice SSA's goalkeeper Adam Kaczynski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tadeusz Mietus fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Podrybnicze's protests and gave Tadeusz Mietus a yellow card for diving instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roman Podowski made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roland Porajewski got free with Adam Kaczynski in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Mariusz Jakisz fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gomunice SSA's protests and gave Mariusz Jakisz a yellow card for diving instead. 58 minutes into the match, Gomunice SSA's Miromir Owsiak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wawrzyniec Gdowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gomunice SSA's Roman Podowski got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute, one of Gomunice SSA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gomunice SSA. Adam Kaczynski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Walczak in the 86th minute of play. Wawrzyniec Gdowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacek Brataniec in the 88th minute of the match. In the 95th minute of the match Remigiusz Panikowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adam Kaczynski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 95 minutes of play Gomunice SSA's Dawid Pieprz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 96th minute, Dawid Pieprz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roland Porajewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Kaczynski having to interfere. Gomunice SSA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
