But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Piotr Pierz couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Kopytnik defense, Ludomir Haskiewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damian Frenzel. The Kopytnik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damian Frenzel should have stopped the shot. Tolek Majczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miromir Zagrodny got in the 18th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Damian Frenzel handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Kraszew SSA's goalkeeper Aleksander Nieruchliwy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Piotr Pierz. After having played for 22 minutes, Piotr Pierz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kopytnik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Piotr Pierz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piotr Pierz got free with Aleksander Nieruchliwy in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the match, Kopytnik's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomir Haskiewicz came free, but Damian Frenzel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Tolek Majczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksander Nieruchliwy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kraszew SSA's Aleksander Nieruchliwy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Kraszew SSA from getting a goal against them. One of Kraszew SSA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kopytnik:s goal. The referee gave Kopytnik a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Olgierd Praski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kraszew SSA's Aleksander Nieruchliwy. 1-1. Piotr Pierz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksander Nieruchliwy having to interfere. If Tolek Majczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tolek Majczyk might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aleksander Nieruchliwy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tolek Majczyk ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Ludomir Haskiewicz took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Damian Frenzel to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Kraszew SSA's zone, Piotr Pierz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aleksander Nieruchliwy came out of the goal and Piotr Pierz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tolek Majczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Aleksander Nieruchliwy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Kopytnik supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kraszew SSA's performance. The match ended with a win for Kraszew SSA.
