The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wlodzimierz Pietrowski in the 15th minute of play forced Wisla Sandomierz's goalkeeper Kacper Lerych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Mieszko Bambas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kacper Lerych was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wlodzimierz Pietrowski in the 25th minute of play forced Wisla Sandomierz's goalkeeper Kacper Lerych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karol Gorzkiewicz was a little too slow when Kacper Kiszkiel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 2-1. Kacper Kiszkiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Wiktor Chowaniec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 played minutes Wisla Sandomierz got a freekick which was hit by Florian Burowski. In the 44th minute, Dobromir Siedlecki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Dobromir Siedlecki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wisla Sandomierz's supporters rose to their feet, but Dobromir Siedlecki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karol Gorzkiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 47 played minutes Krzywiec SA got a freekick which was hit by Marian Ludzia. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wlodzimierz Pietrowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Wisla Sandomierz getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Florian Burowski hit a great ball. Kacper Kiszkiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute Dobromir Siedlecki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Gorzkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wisla Sandomierz's Kacper Lerych proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Wisla Sandomierz from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute, Wlodzimierz Pietrowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kacper Lerych was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Dobromir Siedlecki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wisla Sandomierz's supporters rose to their feet, but Dobromir Siedlecki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karol Gorzkiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karol Gorzkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Siedlecki in the 74th minute of play. Karol Gorzkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dobromir Siedlecki, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Kacper Kiszkiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dobromir Siedlecki struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Karol Gorzkiewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wisla Sandomierz. Karol Gorzkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kacper Kiszkiel in the 95th minute of play. Wisla Sandomierz's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
