When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Wasyl Ziemniak sped through Burzenin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zula Pawlik. In the 10th minute, Zachariasz Gierasik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th minute, Krzysztof Absolwent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Wasyl Ziemniak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zula Pawlik. Burzenin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wasyl Ziemniak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Zula Pawlik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislaw Rydz in the 18th minute of the match. 21 minutes in the game, Krzysztof Absolwent dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Zula Pawlik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krzysztof Absolwent in the 25th minute of play. Jakub Szotek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Kornecki in the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Burzenin booed when Gerlach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachariasz Walicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Gerlach's goalkeeper Jakub Szotek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pankracy Dudek. Pankracy Dudek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zula Pawlik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krzysztof Absolwent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zula Pawlik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krzysztof Absolwent, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Krzysztof Absolwent had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zula Pawlik. Burzenin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Krzysztof Absolwent was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 46th minute, Zachariasz Walicki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gerlach fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dariusz Kornecki made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Wasyl Ziemniak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zula Pawlik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krzysztof Absolwent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zula Pawlik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krzysztof Absolwent in the 62nd minute of play. After 63 minutes Burzenin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stanislaw Rydz who took care of the corner kick. Wasyl Ziemniak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zula Pawlik having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Dariusz Kornecki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakub Szotek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gerlach's zone, Pankracy Dudek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jakub Szotek came out of the goal and Pankracy Dudek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute of the match, Krzysztof Absolwent tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zula Pawlik saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Krzysztof Absolwent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jakub Szotek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pankracy Dudek went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Zula Pawlik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachariasz Gierasik in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Burzenin's goalkeeper Zula Pawlik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wasyl Ziemniak. If Krzysztof Absolwent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 97 minutes, Pankracy Dudek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burzenin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pankracy Dudek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Burzenin fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gerlach were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
