In the 7th minute, Herbert Pilitowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Milosz Gabis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszek Mochowak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Maszkienice's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszek Mochowak came free, but Milosz Gabis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maszkienice's Milosz Gabis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszek Mochowak in the 13th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Herbert Pilitowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maszkienice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mierzwin the free kick. The supporters of Mierzwin booed when Maszkienice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Pilitowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute of the match Artur Kisielka shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Milosz Gabis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 19th minute Zbyszek Mochowak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milosz Gabis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmund Gaszynski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Maszkienice getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Walery Sowa hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Maszkienice's zone, Edmund Gaszynski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Milosz Gabis came out of the goal and Edmund Gaszynski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Maszkienice's Walery Sowa got a free kick in the 25th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Edmund Gaszynski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mierzwin's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmund Gaszynski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Milosz Gabis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mieszko Bochinski got free with Benedykt Kazanowski in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zbyszek Mochowak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milosz Gabis having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Maszkienice's zone, Edmund Gaszynski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Milosz Gabis came out of the goal and Edmund Gaszynski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Walery Sowa hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. With 38 minutes on the clock, Mariusz Tomiczek commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 37 minutes into the game, one of Mierzwin:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Mieszko Bochinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Krzysztof Kajfasz made the kick off in the second half. When Edmund Gaszynski came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Mierzwin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmund Gaszynski couldn't finish the play. Edmund Gaszynski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mierzwin booed when Maszkienice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walery Sowa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Gejda was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Maszkienice fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Mierzwin a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Artur Kisielka, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Maszkienice's Milosz Gabis. 1-1. Benedykt Kazanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walery Sowa, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Benedykt Kazanowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mieszko Bochinski's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Edmund Gaszynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milosz Gabis having to interfere. Herbert Pilitowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tobiasz Panasewicz took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benedykt Kazanowski. Benedykt Kazanowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Pawel Kalemba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mieszko Bochinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedykt Kazanowski having to interfere. Edmund Gaszynski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Milosz Gabis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 92 minutes, Wawrzyniec Lichorobiec managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mierzwin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wawrzyniec Lichorobiec was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Maszkienice's goalkeeper Milosz Gabis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmund Gaszynski. If Edmund Gaszynski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mieszko Bochinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 102nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Maszkienice support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
