Dariusz Mazierski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Zawoyken SA's zone, Zdzislaw Siwy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mieszko Chazen came out of the goal and Zdzislaw Siwy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK's Jan Andryszyn in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zawoyken SA's goalie prevented a goal. Mieszko Chazen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan Andryszyn's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK's Walery Solak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waclaw Zdrojewski in the 23rd minute of play. Korneliusz Walec kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Zygmunt Major struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Mieszko Chazen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK. 27 minutes into the game, Napoleon Zurawski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zawoyken SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK the free kick. GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK made a substitution. Ludomir Walicki replaced Mariusz Miecznikowski. In the 31st minute, Jan Andryszyn made a precise shot to the right of Mieszko Chazen. Zawoyken SA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Zygmunt Major received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Mieszko Chazen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Jan Andryszyn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Andryszyn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mieszko Chazen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zygmunt Major in the 42nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Zawoyken SA's Napoleon Zurawski got a free kick in the 45th minute. GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK's Michal Ostrowski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mieszko Chazen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariusz Gongola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Jan Andryszyn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mieszko Chazen. Zawoyken SA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Andryszyn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Mieszko Chazen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zygmunt Major in the 61st minute. A collision led to Zawoyken SA getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Waclaw Zdrojewski hit a great ball. GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK's Daniel Ziemniak was substituted for Wincent Dobilas. The supporters of GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK booed when Zawoyken SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waclaw Zdrojewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zygmunt Major recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Zawoyken SA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zygmunt Major fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dariusz Mazierski got free with Mieszko Chazen in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dariusz Mazierski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mieszko Chazen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK's Zygmunt Major got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Andryszyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Chazen having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Jan Andryszyn managed to get in a good position for a shot. GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Andryszyn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mieszko Chazen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jan Andryszyn took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mieszko Chazen. Mieszko Chazen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 86th minute, Jan Andryszyn fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jan Andryszyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Chazen having to interfere. GLADIATORS ROW RYBNIK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
