Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Zdzislaw Rode made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Stal Stalowa Wola's Hieronim Zdrojowy got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After having played for 8 minutes, Przemyslaw Zuraw managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Opalonka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Przemyslaw Zuraw was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zdzislaw Rode struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Grzegorz Rutkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stal Stalowa Wola. In the 15th minute, Damian Gdowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damian Gdowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zdzislaw Rode might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Grzegorz Rutkowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zdzislaw Rode ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Opalonka's Tanek Zahemski got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 22 minutes, Roch Filanowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Opalonka and the Stal Stalowa Wola players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute of the match Witomir Charlos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Grzegorz Rutkowski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Gdowski in the 27th minute of play forced Opalonka's goalkeeper Grzegorz Rutkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grzegorz Rutkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damian Gdowski's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Opalonka's Przemyslaw Zuraw sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juliusz Seliga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Damian Gdowski came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Stal Stalowa Wola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Gdowski couldn't finish the play. Zdzislaw Rode might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Grzegorz Rutkowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zdzislaw Rode ran back to his position shaking his head. If Zdzislaw Rode had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Tymoteusz Zdrojewski made the kick off in the second half. Damian Gdowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grzegorz Rutkowski having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Hieronim Zdrojowy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stal Stalowa Wola's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Opalonka the free kick. In the 63rd minute of the match Pawel Wozniak sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juliusz Seliga skillfully saved the ball. If Zdzislaw Rode had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st match minute, Opalonka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanek Zahemski to maneuver through the defense. Zdzislaw Rode sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Opalonka booed when Stal Stalowa Wola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludomir Zarobski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Opalonka fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Stal Stalowa Wola were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
