Ludomir Liberko came out of the goal and Wieslaw Ruszczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute Wincenty Nakonieczny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Rydzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Witold Fujarczuk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borken SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Author Team the free kick. The supporters of Author Team booed when Borken SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witold Fujarczuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Borken SSA getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Wieslaw Ruszczyk hit a great ball. Stefan Rydzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grzegorz Bondel in the 24th minute of the match. If Edgar Wykowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Filip Chazon came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Borken SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Chazon couldn't finish the play. Ludomir Liberko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wieslaw Ruszczyk in the 29th minute. Edgar Wykowski took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stefan Rydzewski. Stefan Rydzewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 45 minutes into the game, Wieslaw Ruszczyk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borken SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Author Team the free kick. The supporters of Author Team booed when Borken SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wieslaw Ruszczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filip Chazon to strike the kick off in the second half. Ludomir Liberko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wieslaw Ruszczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Author Team's goalkeeper Ludomir Liberko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Cyryl Kasperowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wieslaw Ruszczyk succeeded in the game's 64th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. 68 minutes into the game, Author Team's Wincenty Nakonieczny nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stefan Rydzewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Ludomir Liberko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Chazon in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Filip Chazon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgar Wykowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Rydzewski having to interfere. Edgar Wykowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stefan Rydzewski having to make a save. Author Team's Edgar Wykowski got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stefan Rydzewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Author Team could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Borken SSA throughout the match.
