Skórzyno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugeniusz Walczyk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Zula Walentowicz made the kick off in the second half. When Dariusz Chojnacki fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orzeł Kiwity's protests and gave Dariusz Chojnacki a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Skórzyno booed when Orzeł Kiwity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dariusz Chojnacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Krzysztof Frenzel fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orzeł Kiwity's protests and gave Krzysztof Frenzel a yellow card for diving instead. Eugeniusz Walczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute Bartosz Zacharczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Dres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Bartosz Zacharczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Orzeł Kiwity's Bernard Dres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Walczyk in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute Jerzy Bronder suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Wiktor Gejda fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orzeł Kiwity's protests and gave Wiktor Gejda a yellow card for diving instead. Bartosz Zacharczyk struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Bernard Dres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skórzyno. In the 79th minute, Gustaw Siembab got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute Bartosz Zacharczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Dres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Orzeł Kiwity's goal looked a bit too open when Bartosz Zacharczyk came free, but Bernard Dres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Skórzyno fans cheered their team off the field, for while Orzeł Kiwity had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
