The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mariusz Snaza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barnaba Fiszer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ziemowit Maziarski during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ziemowit Maziarski hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Barnaba Fiszer in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mariusz Snaza, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Wielogóra's Sebastian Lichniak got a free kick in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Purzycki in the 15th minute of play forced Wielogóra's goalkeeper Mariusz Snaza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wielogóra's Mariusz Snaza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Komornicki in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Barnaba Fiszer got free with Mariusz Snaza in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mariusz Snaza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeusz Komornicki in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Wielogóra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ziemowit Maziarski to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Dzierzkówek booed when Wielogóra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barnaba Wielowiejski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Damazy Majkowski from long distance, 37 minutes into the match, got Mariusz Snaza's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 40 minutes into the match, Wielogóra's goalkeeper Mariusz Snaza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Barnaba Fiszer. Grzegorz Gamza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mariusz Snaza having to make a save. 45 minutes into the game, Dzierzkówek's Barnaba Fiszer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariusz Snaza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zenon Kazczyk was the one to do the kick off. Mariusz Snaza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeusz Komornicki in the 52nd minute of play. Wielogóra's Mariusz Snaza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnaba Fiszer in the 55th minute of play. Mariusz Snaza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Barnaba Fiszer's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. During the 57th minute of the match Ziemowit Maziarski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ziemowit Maziarski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 57th match minute, Wielogóra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ziemowit Maziarski to maneuver through the defense. Barnaba Fiszer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Mariusz Snaza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Wielogóra's Ludomil Lenertej got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Dzierzkówek's Jedrzej Olender was substituted for Grzegorz Gamza. In the 91stth minute of the game Barnaba Fiszer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wielogóra's Mariusz Snaza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
