The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Waldemar Mosiniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wojciech Drugi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyprian Teofila in the 8th minute of play forced Vietzkersterend's goalkeeper Waldemar Mosiniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waldemar Mosiniak didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Krzesk SSA's Cyprian Teofila shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cyprian Teofila in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waldemar Mosiniak saved Vietzkersterend from getting behind. 17 minutes into the match, Tolek Ziombkowski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ziemowit Kalinowski, 1-1. Gilbert Bondel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Vietzkersterend defense, Cyprian Teofila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waldemar Mosiniak. The Vietzkersterend fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waldemar Mosiniak should have stopped the shot. Radomir Okropny's late challenge caught a Vietzkersterend's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radomir Okropny helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute, Radomir Okropny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute Cyprian Teofila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Mosiniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Gilbert Bondel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ziemowit Kalinowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Krzesk SSA's Ziemowit Kalinowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Ziombkowski in the 73rd minute of play. Ziemowit Kalinowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Ziombkowski in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Vietzkersterend booed when Krzesk SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaroslaw Ranowiecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Waldemar Mosiniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprian Teofila in the 90th minute of play.
