Gowino's Dariusz Moizuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnaba Kostka in the 6th minute of play. In the 6th match minute, Gowino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radomil Kasprzak to maneuver through the defense. Walery Kensicki kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Dobromir Setara lost his temper 15 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gowino! In the 17th minute of the game, Borussia Dortmund got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Wiktor Rostow's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dariusz Moizuk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Aureliusz Solecki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulryk Wiatrak. Borussia Dortmund's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aureliusz Solecki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Gowino's Edmund Debowy got a free kick in the 25th minute. Wiktor Rostow recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barnaba Kostka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Dariusz Moizuk managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Borussia Dortmund's Wiktor Rostow fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barnaba Kostka to make the kick off. If Barnaba Kostka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund's Daniel Mindykowski broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 64 minutes into the game, Miromir Czermak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borussia Dortmund's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gowino the free kick. Miromir Czermak kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Gowino's Dariusz Moizuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnaba Kostka in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Gowino's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Kostka came free, but Dariusz Moizuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barnaba Kostka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Borussia Dortmund players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
