Byczek SSA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tadeusz Trojanowski in the 13th minute. Roman Juroszek charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roman Juroszek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 41 minutes into the match, Rdzów SA's goalkeeper Marian Zuraw had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damian Zbytniewski. When Tytus Trzaskoma fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rdzów SA's protests and gave Tytus Trzaskoma a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rdzów SA's Tytus Trzaskoma got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iwo Fiszer made a kick off. If Damian Zbytniewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marian Wietrzychowski made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Lucjan Chwalkiewicz sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Rdzów SA defense, Gilbert Polakowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marian Zuraw. The Rdzów SA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marian Zuraw should have stopped the shot. Iwo Fiszer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Marian Wietrzychowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iwo Fiszer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Rdzów SA's Iwo Fiszer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marian Wietrzychowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tytus Trzaskoma kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Polakowski in the 80th minute of play forced Rdzów SA's goalkeeper Marian Zuraw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Byczek SSA booed when Rdzów SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waclaw Niezywy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tadeusz Trojanowski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marian Zuraw. Rdzów SA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 86 minutes, Damian Zbytniewski made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rdzów SA's Marian Zuraw tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute Damian Zbytniewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Zuraw saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Zbytniewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Marian Zuraw tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rdzów SA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
