In the 5th minute, Chopina Wejherowo's Stasio Polek seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Stasio Polek the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chopina Wejherowo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Stasio Polek had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Chopina Wejherowo's Robert Domalik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Tomaka in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Wierzchucinek booed when Chopina Wejherowo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Pincoski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 played minutes, Wierzchucinek's Napoleon Tamulewicz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robert Domalik came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wierzchucinek reached it. In the 17th match minute, Wierzchucinek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartlomiej Pracki to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Wierzchucinek defense, Iwo Wolicki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wieslaw Dranka. The Wierzchucinek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wieslaw Dranka should have stopped the shot. Iwo Wolicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Wieslaw Dranka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 played minutes Wierzchucinek got a freekick which was hit by Piotr Pilipiec. In the 25thth minute of the game Zbyszek Zjawin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wierzchucinek's Wieslaw Dranka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chopina Wejherowo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Roland Tomaka scored to the left of an out of position Robert Domalik, making the score, 2-1. Bogumil Zawacki charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bogumil Zawacki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 32 minutes into the match, Chopina Wejherowo's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Kendra came free, but Robert Domalik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Chopina Wejherowo getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Iwo Wolicki hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszek Zjawin in the 35th minute of play forced Wierzchucinek's goalkeeper Wieslaw Dranka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zbyszek Zjawin scored 2-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wieslaw Dranka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edgar Pincoski hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Chopina Wejherowo's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Tomaka came free, but Robert Domalik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 minutes of play, Chopina Wejherowo's Zbyszek Zjawin made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wieslaw Dranka was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zbyszek Zjawin to make the kick off. A collision led to Chopina Wejherowo getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Marco Simone hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Iwo Wolicki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wieslaw Dranka. Wierzchucinek's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iwo Wolicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Bogumil Kochowski scored 3-4 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Domalik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wieslaw Dranka was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Iwo Wolicki showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-5 in the 69 minute of play. The supporters of Chopina Wejherowo booed when Wierzchucinek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piotr Pilipiec didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Wierzchucinek fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! Robert Andrzejewski shot the penalty kick right outside the post. A collision led to Wierzchucinek getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Herbert Charlos hit a great ball. Wieslaw Dranka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zbyszek Zjawin in the 82nd minute. Iwo Wolicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Wieslaw Dranka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iwo Wolicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Wieslaw Dranka made a huge save. Zbyszek Zjawin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wieslaw Dranka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After 89 played minutes Wierzchucinek got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Kochowski. When Przemyslaw Olejniczak came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Wierzchucinek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Przemyslaw Olejniczak couldn't finish the play. Robert Domalik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Tomaka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chopina Wejherowo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
