Antoni Arendarski hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliks Beninda in the 11th minute of play forced Kobylniki's goalkeeper Lech Galaska to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feliks Beninda ran back to his position shaking his head. After 27 played minutes Spore got a freekick which was hit by Zenon Scigan. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Feliks Beninda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spore's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliks Beninda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lech Galaska breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Spore's Ziemowit Karanowski got control of the ball when Igor Cuber tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Spore's zone, Marcin Dropinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ziemowit Karanowski came out of the goal and Marcin Dropinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Igor Cuber came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Kobylniki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Cuber couldn't finish the play. In the 36th minute, Czeslaw Robak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Feliks Beninda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcin Dropinski made a kick off. If Florian Arendarski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcin Dropinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ziemowit Karanowski having to interfere. Spore's Ziemowit Karanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Cuber in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Spore booed when Kobylniki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witomir Maciejewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliks Benindas short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Lech Galaska to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpected shot in the 71st minute by Florian Arendarski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Witomir Maciejewski during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 75 played minutes Kobylniki got a freekick which was hit by Witomir Maciejewski. It was a well-played corner which Feliks Beninda managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 80 minutes, Antoni Arendarski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kobylniki and the Spore players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 played minutes Kobylniki got a freekick which was hit by Antoni Arendarski. Marcin Dropinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ziemowit Karanowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marek Bejger kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. If Igor Cuber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
