The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tymoteusz Kaczucha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Czeslaw Sliwinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 6 minutes, Zbyszko Jarosiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Krotoszyny SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbyszko Jarosiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 8 played minutes Gleinitz SA got a freekick which was hit by Filip Paciuszko. In the 11th match minute, Gleinitz SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Czeslaw Sliwinski to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Krotoszyny SA's Wincenty Matuch broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Zbyszko Jarosiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Terasek hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, Czeslaw Sliwinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juliusz Klucznik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszko Jarosiewicz in the 28th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute of the match Krotoszyny SA got a corner. Gleinitz SA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wincenty Matuch ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Krotoszyny SA's Zbyszko Jarosiewicz got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After 37 played minutes Krotoszyny SA got a freekick which was hit by Gustaw Bielatowicz. Zbyszek Porajewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zygmunt Zbikowski in the 38th minute of the match. Stasio Jenkot might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zbyszek Porajewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stasio Jenkot ran back to his position shaking his head. Gustaw Bielatowicz's late challenge caught a Gleinitz SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stasio Jenkot in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbyszek Porajewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zbyszek Porajewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Sliwinski in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stasio Jenkot to make the kick off. Wincenty Matuch kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziemowit Czerwinski in the 60th minute of play forced Gleinitz SA's goalkeeper Juliusz Klucznik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zbyszko Jarosiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Juliusz Klucznik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ziemowit Czerwinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juliusz Klucznik having to interfere. The supporters of Gleinitz SA booed when Krotoszyny SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slawomir Hatman didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zygmunt Zbikowski couldn't finish the play. Slawomir Hatman hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Stasio Jenkot dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zbyszek Porajewski, 0-1. In the 91st minute Ziemowit Czerwinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juliusz Klucznik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Czeslaw Sliwinski came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Gleinitz SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Czeslaw Sliwinski couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Stasio Jenkot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gleinitz SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Stasio Jenkot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zbyszek Porajewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zygmunt Zbikowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Krotoszyny SA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gleinitz SA's performance. The match ended with a win for Gleinitz SA.
