Wasyl Jestrimski came out of the goal and Wladyslaw Fleszar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boguslaw Wiatrak hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Wladyslaw Fleszar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Wasyl Jestrimski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Karpaty Krosno's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
