Godfredo Lamberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zygmunt Mochowak, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Godfredo Lamberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zygmunt Mochowak in the 5th minute of the match. Koszarawa Żywiec's Godfredo Lamberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Przemyslaw Prusinowski in the 6th minute of play. Godfredo Lamberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Mochowak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 played minutes Koszarawa Żywiec got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Saraiva. Koszarawa Żywiec's Godfredo Lamberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walery Kazczyk in the 14th minute of play. Zygmunt Mochowak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Lamberto having to interfere. Godfredo Lamberto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walery Kazczyk's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Mochowak in the 19th minute of play forced Koszarawa Żywiec's goalkeeper Godfredo Lamberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Walery Kazczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godfredo Lamberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Koszarawa Żywiec's goal looked a bit too open when Zygmunt Mochowak came free, but Godfredo Lamberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Karpaty Krosno getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Fryderyk Kostka hit a great ball. Godfredo Lamberto came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Karpaty Krosno's Zygmunt Mochowak. But to his dismay, Zygmunt Mochowak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Patryk Nienajadlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kacper Wielgopolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute Anísio Saraiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patryk Nienajadlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godfredo Lamberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walery Kazczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Godfredo Lamberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygmunt Mochowak in the 42nd minute of play. Waldemar Czerwinski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Patryk Nienajadlo came out and tried to block the shot, but Waldemar Czerwinski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zygmunt Mochowak to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Walery Kazczyk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Godfredo Lamberto. That made the score 1-4 in the 51 minute of play. Godfredo Lamberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Przemyslaw Prusinowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maciej Dytrych sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Waldemar Czerwinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Koszarawa Żywiec's goalkeeper Godfredo Lamberto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zygmunt Mochowak. With a little luck, Koszarawa Żywiec's Godfredo Lamberto got control of the ball when Zygmunt Mochowak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Godfredo Lamberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walery Kazczyk in the 67th minute of the match. Zygmunt Mochowak's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Godfredo Lamberto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Koszarawa Żywiec's Godfredo Lamberto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Koszarawa Żywiec from getting a goal against them. In the 71st minute Walery Kazczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godfredo Lamberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Zygmunt Mochowak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karpaty Krosno's supporters rose to their feet, but Zygmunt Mochowak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godfredo Lamberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 81 minutes into the game, Zygmunt Mochowak lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Godfredo Lamberto. In the 86th minute of the match, Zygmunt Mochowak got a very nice opportunity to score, but Godfredo Lamberto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Karpaty Krosno getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Alan Young hit a great ball. Godfredo Lamberto was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Zygmunt Mochowak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zygmunt Mochowak really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. Karpaty Krosno's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
