The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Bogumil Hajto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rupert Diamond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugeniusz Majewski in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rupert Diamond prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eugeniusz Majewski took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rupert Diamond. Rupert Diamond dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Majewski in the 13th minute of play forced MZKS Narew 1962 Ostrołęka's goalkeeper Rupert Diamond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Dankowski in the 14th minute of play forced Nemezis FC's goalkeeper João Lages to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Lages took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulvio Di Silvio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of MZKS Narew 1962 Ostrołęka booed when Nemezis FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Radziszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eugeniusz Majewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute, Tomasz Dankowski made a precise shot to the right of João Lages. Nemezis FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Rupert Diamond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Majewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Majewski in the 29th minute of play forced MZKS Narew 1962 Ostrołęka's goalkeeper Rupert Diamond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
