An unexpectedly hard shot by Kryspin Kiepski in the 10th minute of play forced Herbalists Opole's goalkeeper Karol Karbowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stasio Borowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Stasio Borowski put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ziemowit Jurgiel. If Stasio Borowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Karol Karbowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Kiepski in the 28th minute of the match. Qu Yun charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Qu Yun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th minute, Qu Yun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stasio Borowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ziemowit Jurgiel having to make a save. Ziemowit Jurgiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stasio Borowski in the 37th minute of the match. When Herbalists Opole's Stasio Borowski in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SDW's goalie prevented a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stasio Borowski made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Herbalists Opole was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafal Cwojdak to maneuver through the defense. After 59 played minutes SDW got a freekick which was hit by Tolek Ankiewicz. In a very dangerous position, a player in SDW fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Karol Karbowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lech Felenak, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 75 played minutes SDW got a freekick which was hit by Kryspin Kiepski. After having played for 76 minutes, Sylwester Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Herbalists Opole's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sylwester Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karol Karbowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lech Felenak, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Stasio Borowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ziemowit Jurgiel. SDW's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stasio Borowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 84thth minute of the game Stasio Borowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SDW's Ziemowit Jurgiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ziemowit Jurgiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasio Borowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 96 minutes on the clock, Mariusz Siwy commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. SDW's Frank Jackson was substituted for Lech Felenak. 96 minutes into the game, one of Herbalists Opole:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Herbalists Opole's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
