In the 13th minute, Harry Potter fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 15 played minutes Pogoń Stawiszyn got a freekick which was hit by Adam Kaznocha. Harry Potter took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilbert Podolski. Gilbert Podolski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 19th minute LKS Sieraków ŚL were awarded a corner. Franciszek Marud went to the cornerflag to take it. Gilbert Podolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franciszek Marud in the 21st minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Radoslaw Trojanowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pogoń Stawiszyn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radoslaw Trojanowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 29 minutes into the game, Kazimierz Dylla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Marcin Osikowicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A nice corner shot did that Vágner Lago got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gilbert Podolski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 33 minutes, Vágner Lago made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Gilbert Podolski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Gilbert Podolski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Pogoń Stawiszyn from getting a goal against them. Lech Gmoch kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Marcin Osikowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kazimierz Dylla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Gilbert Podolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Potter in the 44th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Igor Dziewedik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ryszard Pilipiec stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Pogoń Stawiszyn's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Corderun came free, but Gilbert Podolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Gilbert Podolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Potter in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Pogoń Stawiszyn booed when LKS Sieraków ŚL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Bury didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Waldemar Bury hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcin Osikowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Pilipiec, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Waldemar Bury charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Waldemar Bury the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, LKS Sieraków ŚL's Waldemar Bury got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 71 played minutes LKS Sieraków ŚL got a freekick which was hit by Naldo Paiva. Marcin Osikowicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radoslaw Trojanowski in the 72nd minute. 79 minutes into the match, LKS Sieraków ŚL's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Pilipiec came free, but Marcin Osikowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, LKS Sieraków ŚL's Leo Corderun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
