Délio Monteiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wieslaw Podowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, LAMUSY's goal looked a bit too open when Víktor Andrade came free, but Wieslaw Podowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Roman Mlekodaj notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC ŻNIWNA's Franciszek Dropinski. Franciszek Dropinski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. LAMUSY's Wieslaw Podowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save LAMUSY from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute, Luca Savino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wieslaw Podowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 19 minutes into the match, LAMUSY's goal looked a bit too open when Délio Monteiro came free, but Wieslaw Podowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 minutes LAMUSY's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hubert Zdrojewski who took care of the corner kick. Délio Monteiro made a great header on FC ŻNIWNA's corner, it was just that LAMUSY's Wieslaw Podowski managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luca Savino got free with Wieslaw Podowski in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paquito Franco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franciszek Dropinski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Franciszek Dropinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerrit Bogaerts, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 41 played minutes FC ŻNIWNA got a freekick which was hit by Wincent Awizo. Franciszek Dropinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogumil Kowalski in the 43rd minute of play. Franciszek Dropinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bogumil Kowalski went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 46th minute, Roman Mlekodaj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paquito Franco to strike the kick off in the second half. Wieslaw Podowski came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC ŻNIWNA's Víktor Andrade. But to his dismay, Víktor Andrade quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paquito Franco got free with Franciszek Dropinski in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paquito Franco charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paquito Franco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 played minutes LAMUSY got a freekick which was hit by Paquito Franco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Savino in the 59th minute of play forced LAMUSY's goalkeeper Wieslaw Podowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wieslaw Podowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Délio Monteiro in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Savino in the 70th minute of play forced LAMUSY's goalkeeper Wieslaw Podowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Serwacki charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Wieslaw Podowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Délio Monteiro in the 82nd minute of the match. If Délio Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 89th match minute, LAMUSY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Mis to maneuver through the defense. FC ŻNIWNA were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
