Xavion Chavarri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zikri Eygül, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zikri Eygül in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xavion Chavarri saved Kurdwanów FC from getting behind. Xavion Chavarri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Akif Ceceli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xavion Chavarri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Casco, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Zachariasz Sniegowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Waldemar Pawlik made a huge save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 37 minutes into the game, when Mariusz Truskovskiy put in a rough tackle. Chelmza Team's Marian Glembin was substituted for Zikri Eygül. Chelmza Team's Zhou Yan Feng was substituted for Segundo Casco. In the 37th minute, one of Chelmza Team:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chelmza Team. In the 44th match minute, Kurdwanów FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Cugat to maneuver through the defense. Zbigniew Boniek was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 44th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lu Yuan Yin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Xavion Chavarri as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the final whistle went the supporters of Chelmza Team were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Kurdwanów FC side.
