Antoni Poremba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Podowski in the 7th minute of the match. With a little luck, Wisła Białogard's Norbert Dombroski got control of the ball when Stefan Niemojewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwan Brysz in the 18th minute of play forced Varsovia's goalkeeper Antoni Poremba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antoni Poremba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Podowski in the 19th minute of play. Bogdan Zawacki kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match.
