Sparta LKS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cezary Kaczeniak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sixten Bokelund's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Sparta LKS were awarded a corner. Lech Glozor went to the cornerflag to take it. Stanislaw Koczara took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Grzegorz Olszewski. Edwardów's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
