Christoffer Foldnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans-Kristian Nordhagen having to interfere. Cornelius Johanssen hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Hans-Kristian Nordhagen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Andresen in the 8th minute of the match. Abraham Sagbakken scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ståle Wessel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bjørnerås's Abraham Sagbakken got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Bjørnerås defense, Christoffer Foldnes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hans-Kristian Nordhagen. The Bjørnerås fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hans-Kristian Nordhagen should have stopped the shot. Ståle Wessel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filip Johnson in the 21st minute. After 23 minutes, Birger Garvik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nordbyneset and the Bjørnerås players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Birger Garvik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abraham Sagbakken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ståle Wessel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filip Johnson took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ståle Wessel. Ståle Wessel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Filip Johnson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ståle Wessel having to interfere. If Filip Johnson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 minutes of play, Bjørnerås's Abraham Sagbakken made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ståle Wessel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 57th minute Abraham Sagbakken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ståle Wessel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vegard Ryen hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. A collision led to Nordbyneset getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Josef Andresen hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nordbyneset's zone, Abraham Sagbakken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ståle Wessel came out of the goal and Abraham Sagbakken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Bjørnerås's Joachim Fadnes got a free kick in the 66th minute. Hans-Kristian Nordhagen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoffer Foldnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The long shot by Christoffer Foldnes in the 73rd minute really tested Hans-Kristian Nordhagen's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Hans-Kristian Nordhagen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Josef Andresen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Hans-Kristian Nordhagen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jon Dirdal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans-Kristian Nordhagen having to interfere. Ståle Wessel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Sagbakken in the 81st minute of play. Josef Andresen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans-Kristian Nordhagen having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Bjørnerås's Abraham Sagbakken sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ståle Wessel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Bjørnerås's Hans-Kristian Nordhagen got control of the ball when Josef Andresen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bjørnerås were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Nordbyneset for a fine match.
