An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrè Reed in the 21st minute of play forced Trondrud's goalkeeper Kent-Are Rustad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas Sylta in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl-Rune Holvik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arild Husebø helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Trondrud getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Arild Husebø hit a great ball. Kent-Are Rustad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilhelm Rogstad, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Uppsal BF's Tom Oliversen suffered a concussion in the 45th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Odd-Eirik Gram's late challenge caught a Uppsal BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Odd-Eirik Gram helped the player get up and apologised. When Uppsal BF's Andrè Reed in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jens Hestvik to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, Oliver Krogstad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 72 minutes, Andrè Reed managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uppsal BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrè Reed was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Trondrud's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens Hestvik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl-Rune Holvik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Odd-Eirik Gram had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute Arild Husebø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl-Rune Holvik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven Bergo during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
