Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Øvre BF's Knut Ugland started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adam Lysne hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute of the match, Daniel Abbas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Frode Furset saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Daniel Abbas struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Frode Furset didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fosshaug. Daniel Sortland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Knut Ugland in the 14th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Øvre BF's zone, Gard Næsheim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frode Furset came out of the goal and Gard Næsheim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Abbas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frode Furset having to interfere. Frode Furset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Abbas in the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Øvre BF's Oddvar Vikanes got a free kick in the 26th minute. Christer Nordang struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Daniel Sortland didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Øvre BF. Knut Ugland might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Sortland. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Knut Ugland ran back to his position shaking his head. Christer Nordang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Sortland having to interfere. Frode Furset was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Daniel Abbas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Abbas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
After 55 played minutes Fosshaug got a freekick which was hit by Josef Ullestad. Frode Furset came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Fosshaug's Daniel Abbas. But to his dismay, Daniel Abbas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Gard Næsheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frode Furset having to interfere. Daniel Sortland stood somewhat misplaced when Christer Nordang came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 68 minute. Daniel Sortland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Knut Ugland, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. John Thommesen kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Christer Nordang who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Daniel Sortland when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Øvre BF booed when Fosshaug was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Ullestad didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Fosshaug's Daniel Sortland got control of the ball when Christer Nordang tried to sneak it across the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, John Thommesen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fosshaug's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Øvre BF the free kick. The supporters of Øvre BF booed when Fosshaug was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Thommesen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gard Næsheim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Frode Furset tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Knut Ugland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fosshaug's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Knut Ugland scored to the left of an out of position Daniel Sortland, making the score, 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Knut Ugland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Øvre BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Knut Ugland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Sortland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Øvre BF players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Fosshaug from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
