Brøndby FK's Idar Fossdal got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 7 minutes, Sindre Svanberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brøndby FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sindre Svanberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Idar Fossdal in the 9th minute of play forced Kurland Allstars's goalkeeper Odd-Eirik Kjærvik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Idar Fossdal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Odd-Eirik Kjærvik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bjørn Sogn kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Idar Fossdal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Frank Wergeland fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kurland Allstars's protests and gave Frank Wergeland a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Theodor Sandaker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 19 minutes, Sindre Svanberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brøndby FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sindre Svanberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd match minute, Brøndby FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sindre Svanberg to maneuver through the defense. Sindre Svanberg got in the 26th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Odd-Eirik Kjærvik handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Daniel Vikøren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Thomassen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sindre Svanberg scored 0-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Odd-Eirik Kjærvik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 46 minutes, Benjamin Thomassen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kurland Allstars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Thomassen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Kurland Allstars players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brøndby FK were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benjamin Thomassen was the one to do the kick off. Birk Meier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Birk Meier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Daniel Vikøren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Thomassen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. The supporters of Kurland Allstars booed when Brøndby FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tor-Magnus Hille didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Thomassen might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Vikøren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benjamin Thomassen ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Brøndby FK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
