Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kristian Nybø started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Riksem getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Børge Krosby hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Riksem's goalkeeper Thor Aspelund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Kirkerud. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Felix Nyquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riksem's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Nyquist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Øyvind Rognerud breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tage Hjelseth hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Martin Kirkeruds short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Thor Aspelund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thor Aspelund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Nybø in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes in the game, Martin Kirkerud fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Thor Aspelund having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Riksem's Torgeir Bjørnevik got a free kick in the 24th minute. After having played for 30 minutes, Kristian Nybø managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kautokeino FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristian Nybø was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd play minute Martin Kirkerud came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Thor Aspelund. 1-0. After 35 minutes, Henrik Garnes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kautokeino FK and the Riksem players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kautokeino FK getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Henrik Garnes hit a great ball. Riksem's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Børge Krosby in the 40th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Riksem's goalkeeper Thor Aspelund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Alf Fimreite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Øyvind Rognerud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Børge Krosby, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Kristian Nybø had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thor Aspelund. Riksem's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kristian Nybø was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Kirkerud in the 67th minute of play forced Riksem's goalkeeper Thor Aspelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kristian Nybø in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thor Aspelund saved Riksem from getting behind. In the 70th match minute, Riksem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Sinnes to maneuver through the defense. Øyvind Rognerud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Nyquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Riksem's Thor Aspelund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Kirkerud in the 83rd minute of play. After 92 played minutes Kautokeino FK got a freekick which was hit by Remi Balstad. 94 minutes in the game Børge Krosby after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Øyvind Rognerud. A very good opportunity. Kautokeino FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
