Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Magne Flatmo made the kick off and thus started the match. After 3 played minutes Oppsal Rovers got a freekick which was hit by Joachim Khan. A hard and well directed shot from Børge Krosby led 4 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Oppsal Rovers's Albert Bjørk became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. After 6 played minutes Riksem got a freekick which was hit by Ludvik Hildre. After 8 minutes, Christian Grav mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oppsal Rovers and the Riksem players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Oppsal Rovers getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Christian Grav hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magne Flatmo in the 10th minute of play forced Riksem's goalkeeper Thor Aspelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jørn Melbye could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Thor Aspelund made a huge save. Magne Flatmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thor Aspelund having to interfere. Amund Tonheim hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reidar Rødseth in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albert Bjørk saved Oppsal Rovers from getting behind. Magne Flatmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Thor Aspelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magne Flatmo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. Oppsal Rovers's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Magne Flatmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Bjørk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Nyquist in the 33rd minute of play. Thor Aspelund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Magne Flatmo's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Jørn Melbye fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thor Aspelund having to interfere. Reidar Rødseth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Magne Flatmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes in the game, Felix Nyquist fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Albert Bjørk having to interfere. After having played for 61 minutes, Magne Flatmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oppsal Rovers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magne Flatmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd match minute, Riksem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnt Petterson to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Jørn Melbye got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Oppsal Rovers's Magne Flatmo in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Riksem's goalie prevented a goal. Jørn Melbye received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Thor Aspelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Magne Flatmo came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Oppsal Rovers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Magne Flatmo couldn't finish the play. Børge Krosby kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Reidar Rødseth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Albert Bjørk made a huge save. The Riksem players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
